Since the popular Chrome extension Facebook Friends Exporter got blocked we needed another way of getting all our Facebook friends to Google+.

And all the other guides we read which used Yahoo mail was tedious and if you didn’t have a Yahoo mail account you would have to wait 14 days until it was possible to use the export tool.

But there is an easier way when using Yahoo which we will show here. And with this guide you don’t have to wait 14 days-

This is what we saw when we had just created a Yahoo account and tried to export our contacts!

Why? I ask. This is something I really don’t understand. It screams out that the product isn’t good enough. But since I have never used Yahoo mail I wouldn’t know.  Well here is the other way.

Step 1. You need a Yahoo account. If you don’t have one you can get it here.

Step 2. When you have your account. Click the Contacts tab and choose the link Import Contacts

Step 3. Click on the Facebook logo to allow Yahoo to access and import all your Facebook friends.

Step 4. Now that you have imported all your Facebook friends you login to your Gmail and choose the menu Mail settings.

Step 5. Choose the tab Accounts and Import and click on the button Import mail and contacts.

Step 6. Write your yahoo mail and click Continue

Step 7. Write the password for your Yahoo account and click Continue

Step 8. Check the check button Import contacts and uncheck the others if you don’t want to import anything else then click Start import

Step 9. Finally you click OK and your contacts from Yahoo will be imported. After that you can add your Facebook friends to all the circles you like!
